Position: Traffic Coordinator

Reports To: Creative Director

Role: To act as a liaison between departments to ensure project progress and completion.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assign the responsibility for completion of process steps of projects to members of the Design and Engineering staff

• Track and coordinate movement of projects through various personnel’s stations within the Design Suite

• Assign priorities to process steps on a daily basis or more frequently

• Maintain a work schedule to ensure completion of all projects according to priorities of delivery requirements

• Create and record projects progress on a database accessible by other departments

• Conduct weekly Design production meetings and advise the Creative Director of project conflicts and resulting timelines on a continual basis.

• Ensure all departments are communicating effectively with the Design Suite with respect to work in progress.

• Ensure all projects are proceeding within the budgetary guidelines, and advise the Creative Director and/or the President of any potential cost over-runs.

• For each project, gain an understanding of the specific needs, goals and timelines of the client. Communicate them to all necessary internal departments, and outside contractors, in order to facilitate accurate project estimates.

• Travel as required in pursuit of meeting the Design Suite goals

• Assist in the evaluation of Design Suite behaviors and job skills as they pertain to the business within ImagiCorps’ sales channels

• Forecast manhours, availability and utilization rates with respect to headcounts

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• College Degree or equivalent in actual work experience in similar environment

• Two plus years traffic coordination experience in a similar setting.

• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to respond appropriately to constant change in priorities and services as dictated by the Creative Director or President in the service of ImagiCorps’ clients.
