Artist Assistant P/T (Union Square)

I’m an artist in the collection of The Metropolitan Museum and an author of literary and experimental
fiction and nonfiction and I’ve recently become a photographer. My basic Mac skills are appalling (though I do
my own Iweb site) and now that I’m doing digital photography it’s even more important that I’m able
to order my files, send things out properly, and, in general, run my Mac so I don’t waste hours trying
to figure out simple things. My iphoto files are a mess. If you know photoshop and can teach me a few
elementary things that would be great or lightroom. I have an old version of Elements I’ve never used.
I’m suddenly a finalist in a photo contest without essential technical skills. I’m looking for an artist or art
world person who is articulate, patient, has a knack for teaching, very good mac skills and knowledge
of digital photography–technical stuff. I need someone four hours a day 2 days a wk. You also need
to be reliable, on time and have a pleasant working attitude.
